Do you have a physical location?


Yes we do! Our storefront and refillery is located in Edmonton, Alberta. 


I would like Re:Plenish to carry my products, how do I go about that?


You can contact us using our websites contact form with some information about your products and why you think they would be a good fit!


How are your orders packed?


Our orders are packed with entirely reused packing materials. Most often, orders will be packed with paper to keep products safe. Occasionally you may find that there is bubble wrap in your order, please know that this bubble wrap is being reused and we encourage you to reuse it again and again! 


What is your return policy?


Returns are processed on a case by case basis, keep in mind that products that have been used will not be eligible for return. If you would like to make a return please contact us through our website contact form or at replenish.yeg@gmail.com


How do you ship your orders?


All of our orders are shipped via Canada Post. 


Why do you only ship to Alberta?


We started our online store to serve customers who live rurally and aren’t able to access us in Edmonton. We recommend searching zero waste stores in your province and ordering from them to reduce shipping distance and emissions. 

 

Do you have an order minimum?


We do not have an order minimum, but if you intend to have your order shipped we ask that you are mindful of how much and how often you order. To avoid excess emissions it’s best to wait and make larger orders rather than lots of small ones - it will save you some money too! 



My order is taking longer than I expected - what should I do?


After making your order you should have been provided with a tracking number via Canada Post, unfortunately once the package has left the store it is out of our hands. We recommend reaching out to Canada Post directly. Be mindful that mail can sometimes be delayed due to high traffic times and inclement weather. 

 

Can I use a gift card I bought at your physical location on your online store?

Unfortunately gift cards that were purchased at our physical location cannot be redeemed on our online store. If you would like to use your gift card to make a purchase online please contact us directly and we'll make it work!

 

I have a question about a product and I can’t find the answer on your website, how can I contact you?
