Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All shipping materials are reused.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $100. 

 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Edmonton. For orders under $100, we charge $8 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made on weekdays, usually 1 to 2 business days after ordering. We use a courier service for local deliveries.

 

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is completely free and available at any time during our regular hours. Orders are usually ready within half an hour of placing them, if placed during work hours. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@replenishzerowaste.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
